Amazing Care
I do not agree with the other review in the slightest. Dr. Shady Hawatmeh is an amazing hospitalist who cares about each of his patients deeply. He is very knowledgeable and saves lives. He even takes the time to speak with family members and addresses all their concerns. You don’t typically have a hospitalist with such an amazing bed side manner as him. You can only be hopeful to have him as your physician if you ever have to be inpatient at Mercy. I wish he can be my primary physician.

Avoid him!!! Was discharged only to find out from normal physician's office that I shouldn't have been. Horrible bed side manner, lacks explaination, details and listening.
