Dr. Mok performed an endoscopy, took sample biopsies and called me personally with the results. It was handled professionally with no residual effects. Excellent doctor & approachable.

Dr. Mok is the best.
I was referred to Dr. Mok after a CT revealed something suspicious on my pancreas. He delivered the news nobody wants to hear via a telehealth visit. He was professional and compassionate. Follow up visits with Dr. Mok were incredible. He took TIME(what doc does that anymore) to listen and address all of my concerns!!

I was sent to Dr.Shaffer Mok for an egd with dilation from another doctor, doctor mok was so passionate and caring for my needs he has got me eating better and feeling better. He understands the condition my esophagus is in after my cancer and has done an absolutely amazing job on getting it open. I owe him my life thank you so much sir you are so greatly appreciated.
