She is a kid, lacks bedside manners. I was in need to be seen asap. I had to wait for hours. The doc was busy chitchatting with the staff rather than picking ppl waiting… she really needs to work harder than just charging ppl without helping them

Where to begin with what my experience with this office has been over the course of the last 6 weeks? I see Dr. Dhaliwal annually for an eye health exam, but she does not do vision exams, so when the time came for one, I had to make an appointment with a staff member. The vision exams are conducted by office staff, not the doctor. (I have no idea what schooling is required or if they are certified to do them). Making a very long story short, I had to go back three times to the office to have the prescription checked, as the one that was filled was incorrect and the glasses were useless. Each time I returned, they insisted that their measurements were correct (even though on one of these visits they changed the prescription). They blamed the optician that filled the prescription for the problem, insisting that he had used inferior materials. Never once did the doctor recheck their work. After my Heritage office appointment that gave me no diagnosis, charged me $40.00 over my copay for tests. I found I had to drive to Flower Mound for future appointments AND had to see a second ophamolgist to actually treat the issue. No email reminder of the second appointment. I ill not see her again. Waste of time.

Didn't explain her diagnosis that was on our patient notes, instead sent us off to ER where we spent a very expensive few hours only to get an absolutely clean bill of health! $39K ER VISIT for nothing!!!

She is very efficient, dedicated, and she is on top of everyting. She's very knowledgeable and she takes time to explain everyting.
