Dismissive Dr and Rude Staff
Please beware of this dr and his staff. They care about your insurance only! I can’t comprehend how people can be so mean and rude! The office lady who took my calls was very monotonous and rude. I had a previous appointment and couldn’t make it because my uncle died in MY house and had to make arrangements to send his body back home. I called and explained that and she said ok I can reschedule your appoint but there’s a $100 no show fees I was shocked at the fact that she showed ZERO empathy and I honestly don’t care about that but the fact that I was respectful and called to rescheduled the appointment for a later date regardless of what was going on. My new appointment was on the same day I landed I received a call to confirm that I was going to make it and I said yes I will. Then I asked her if coffee was ok prior to EEG and she proceeded by telling me with all the rudeness in the world that “we handed you instructions sheet you should know that” mind you I never received instructi

I just want someone to do their job
Dr. Khalid is not a good communicator. I felt he didn't listen to what I was saying. He just stared at me like I had 2 heads. He didn't communicate what he was doing or why he was doing it. He may be good in his field, but his personal skills leave alot to be desired.

Just another uncaring doctor
My mom has dealt with Undiagnosed health issues for years. She was referred to this doctor from her oncologist, in particular due to her worsening tremors. We were all really hopeful. However, Dr. Khalid was INCREDIBLY dismissive of her. He spent about 5 minutes with her, told her she simply had anxiety, and didn't bother to listen to anything else. Sir, given your years of schooling, can you not be bothered to offer at least a little bit more than the over-played “woman with anxiety” answer? You have no IDEA what all she has been through, yet you don’t even bother to care. Im going to have to find someone who will actually listen… I really hope that you gain a little empathy going forward.

Follow up report
Dr Khalid said he would send his report to the referring doctor the afternoon after my visit and three days later they have received nothing. I called his office and was given a short and curt recording that no one was there.

Need a prescription refilled and because they will not call the pharmacy it has been denied. I have tried calling him three times, left messages for a call back, and have heard nothing. They won’t answer the phone so you have to leave messages and then they don’t respond. Only saw him once otherwise I got to see his pa. He never answers questions and his pa wants to do all kinds of tests.

Office phone is not answered on a regular basis, you have to leave message & they may or may not call you back. Wait time is anywhere from 45-over an hour past your appointment. In 5 visits I have only seen the doctor one time, the PA acts like it's the first time she's seen me every single time. The final straw was when he was assigned to me when I was in the hospital after having a stroke. I saw him 1 time in 7 days, but he billed me for daily visits. I will never go to this doctor again.
