I just left n shore Hosp and he was the md assigned to me. He came in, sat with me, listened to my concerns Bc i was so worried abt my procedure. He reassured me that the dr doing my procedure was great and well respected. I really liked him. When i was sick and needed him, he was terrific!! Thank u dr Elihu!!??

Worst doctor I've ever experienced. He is a total idiot who was not specialized in the area of my diagnosis so of course he could not answer my questions when he checked in with me which lasted all of 90 seconds. He was somehow assigned to me although he is not at all specialized for my disability and he was out of my network even though I was at a hospital that was in network! He gave me 3 months to pay my bills and did not care that I am currently appealing the bills with my insurance company. He is not a doctor you want to have taking care of you, it seems he only cares about the money, not his patients.

This doctor came into my hospital once or twice. I had an attack of diverticulitis. I do not know him, nor asked for him. My ins. CO paid for the amount they pay for the coding his office sent. He was not in my plan. He wanted $4000. I received a letter today from a lawyer. My plan said to me they have not seen a payment request like this ever for NOT DOING ANYTHING. STAY AWAY FROM HIM.

Dr. Elihu is very considerate and spends a lot of time explaining the diagnoses with the family. He tries to do what's best for the patient and is always willing to understand the patients needs. Highly recommend!

Dr. Elihu does not spend a lot of time with his patients. His office staff is incompetent and does not understand common medical billing processes. DO NOT go to this doctor, DO NOT let this doctor treat you in the hospital.

Dr. Elihu was the physician that was assigned to my mother in North Shore Hospital. My mother was admitted with C-Diff and a fractured foot (Which he neglected to diagnose as well) and I specifically told him that she was allergic to Allopurinol which I stopped giving her 2 days before. He continued to give her the medication and discharged her with instructions to keep taking it and then tried to cover it up. This doctor is negligent. STAY AWAY unless you have a death wish.
