Great Doctor!
Dr. Shareghi saved my husband's life. He came in to Los Robles not realizing he was having a heart attack. Dr, Shareghi put a stent in and the rest is history. We had a great experience with her.

Never Again
Went for simple EKG for pre-op clearance. Told I had to have echoro before she would give it, 2 more appointments. Each visit front office said something different about my insurance. Last visit waiting almost two hours as they wouldn't believe Customer Service. Dr. says she can't do anything about her staff and that this wasn't her first rodeo. Just excuses and disrespect.

I was seeing her for a fib and I was down and feeling really low due to other issues and I just casually said I was wonder if someone would miss me if I was gone and she looked at me with such compassion and started to cry and said you would be missed by those whoLove you and missed by me .. I have never had another doctor show such compassion

Continued Problems since last review
Saw Doctor 3rd time at 9:40am. Was approved for surgery and Doctors office was to send approval so Surgery can proceed tomorrow. At 1pm was called by my surgery team and informed have not received approval. Called Dr. Shareghi office and they used excuse that they have to sign papers and fax them and they just got back from lunch. I asked why not done in time between end-of-Appt and lunch, a 2 hour window, as it was causing issues for us for acknowledging the surgery was a go. The front desk staff became rude with me and claimed that is how it is done. When I said it does not take 2 hours to make 2 signatures and person started becoming belligerent with me and hung up on with me. I will also be updating my complaint against this Doctor and her office with my health care provider. Their actions are jeopardizing my surgery schedule which is unacceptable.

Not Likely
She was called to Los Robles to insert a Heart Stint. She tried to pound the stint through. solid Hernia Mesh put in 10 years ago. When she was unsuccessful in inserting the stint, she doesn't say anything just storms out of the room. I can still feal the bruising in my lower right abdomen area from the force of the puncture.

the Best Care no words!
There is no word on how much I want to thank your staff. On Sunday, February 12th, 2023. I arrived at the ER in Simi Valley via ambulance. I had called 911 due to chest pains and shortened breath. I passed out in the ER, and the next thing I remember was the staff treating me quickly and professionally. I remember waking up and having two stents placed in me by Shahrzad Shareghi, MD. Your team saved me. I had 100% blockage in my artery. I had to have two stents placed by Shahrzad Shareghi, MD. I have no words to thank her and her staff. Thank you Steven Smith

I went to see Dr. Shareghi about an incident I had experienced to confirm it wasn’t heart related. She ran some tests and told me I had some blocked veins in my leg and needed to have them ablated. So I agreed. The procedure, done by two techs in her office, damaged some nerves. I now have numbness, poor circulation, and a lot of discomfort in my lower leg, all of which I never had prior to the procedure. In a follow up visit I expressed my concern about the numbness, and was told it was temporary. Unfortunately, the damage is permanent. I regret not getting a second opinion.

Patient beware – Mar 28, 2021
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Shareghi?
I was appalled and very concerned to find that Doctor Shareghi‘s office staff and doctors were NOT wearing protective masks or having hand sanitizer available to protect patients from the Covid virus! Every Doc office I have been to in the past 2 months, the staff are WEARING MASKS! Plus, they do not admit you without taking your temperature first! I find this very irresponsible, especially given that there are many elderly heart patients that are in the high risk catagory visiting her office! Isn’t this why carehome facilities were initially hit so hard!? Praying that those in her office stay safe!

Pre-op clearance. First in office--1.5 hour wait just told I need at least 2 more appointments. Leaving-waiting room was SRO. Talk to a couple of waiting patients--they said 1.5+ hour wait a was normal. A pre-op patient said this was his 8th (hopefully last) visit--all a waste of time. Normal is supposedly 5 visits. Why? It is speculated that numerous visits to increase billing to Medicare. I went to a different highly respected doctor and the pre-op was over in 10 minutes-no problems
