Super friendly, and responsive. Had a bug bite that kept growing. Turns out it wasn’t from the bite. I had developed a staph infection. Dr. Jones had me taken care in no time!

Moving is always stressful and then finding a new Family Doctor further complicates things. Which is why I'm grateful that we found Dr. Jones. She not only took the time to get to know each of us and our medical histories, but was also able to point out little tweaks we could make to improve our health. Whether it was sneezing and allergies or something more serious (should we go to the ER or not), she always responded quickly and provided guidance.

Dr. Jones is truly exceptional! Not only has she taken great care of my health, but she is also very easy to talk to. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. From the moment I entered the doors to the office, I felt welcome, cared for, and completely at ease. Dr. Jones has gone above and beyond to be sure that my complete health and wellness have been made first priority. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I very seldom was made to wait. And if ever I needed to contact her or her staff, they were very quick to respond. The office is inviting and her staff members are friendly and helpful in every way.You can tell she truly cares about her patients.

Dr Jones is and excellent physician and has contributed to my well being for many years. I strongly recommend her for your health needs.

Dr Jones is a very thoughtful, patient provider that cares very much about the 'person' as much as the medical problem. It very hard to find, these days, providers that are genuinely concerned about your overall well being and not rushing to meet their daily patient encounters matrix. I have NEVER encountered an issue of access with Dr Jones and very much well worth the subscription costs. This is the future of primary care and look forward to the day that DPC medicine are more common in communities than corporate facilities and their onerous access and plan coverage designs!

My family and I are extremely fortunate to have Dr. Jones as our primary health care physician. She goes above and beyond in helping to ensure the best of health for her patients. She listens respectfully, explains clearly, and is gentle, careful, kind, and competent in proving our medical care. We deeply appreciate her business model, which makes it possible for us to have easy access to her expertise and care whenever we need it - and to establish a long time relationship of trust.

My experience was drastically different than any other healthcare visit I’ve been a part of. Dr. Jones took the time to understand my health history, convey a message of support, and identify paths forward for my health. I was anxious at first, but going through the experience alleviated my anxiety, and honestly I feel like a doctor finally spoke to me and treated me like I was a human rather than a billable. For the first time in a long time, I don’t feel like I’m going through the healthcare process by myself.

Dr. Jones was always very friendly and understanding of me when i was a patient of her practice. Her and her team are very communicative and easy to get ahold of. She always made me feel comfortable when i was in her office, and listened to my needs and concerns, without dismissing my thoughts or making me feel bad. Would definitely recommend!

My family loves Dr. Jones, so much so, that we followed her to her new practice, Dawn MD. I feel very confident in her knowledge and skills, and very happy with her patient care. She is kind and patient with me and my little one, and takes the time to make sure I understand next steps, medicines, side effects, etc. Now that she is at Dawn MD and is able to manage and control her own schedule, I feel like I have even more access and time with her to plan out and achieve my health-related goals. Also, her patient care feels more like a partnership because she listens and works with you to help you find the best solution for your situation. I believe she truly cares about providing great patient care to help her patients live their best lives.

Absolutely love Dr. Jones. She is extremely knowledgeable and is so comforting in all situations. She did an amazing job with my emergency c-section and made sure that I was comfortable and knew exactly what was going on the whole time. Every time I've had a question she either knew the answer right away or she would research before giving me bad advice. She paid attention to all my needs from the beginning. After my daughter was born she's given great advice to how to deal with milestones.

Have had multiple poor experiences with her. She rushes patients, and has improperly recorded medical information in our records. Truly put down wrong diagnosis. In addition, her communication is awful. Never called/wrote to inform results of blood tests, but just called in prescription without ever contacting me as the patient. Have absolutely no confidence in her and refuse to see her again. She is the only woman physician who has openings in the office, and the reason is obvious.
