I had a great experience with Dr Sattar. She is caring, understanding and listens to you. She heard what I had to say about how I was feeling and prescribed the medication she thought was best. The very next day I started to feel better. I highly recommend Dr Sattar. Thank you for helping me.

Unbelievably rude
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Dr Sattar online through a Dr Says phone appointment. I explained my situation regarding my asthma exacerbation, and when i was done her response was “can i talk now?”. That’s all i had to hear before hanging up - no one should be treated with such disrespect from a doctor when trying to explain a problem. Hard to believe someone so clearly impatient and with such a terrible attitude finds themselves in the line of work where you help people. Im still awaiting resolution as to her being reprimanded.

Unpleasant demeanor
Had a telemedicine session with her.. it was lasted less than 2 minutes. She sped thru some instructions, including asking me to send photos of my meds. Somehow I didn't do everything exactly as she wanted and when she wanted, and I didn't know that she was going to call me back so I missed a call. When she called again she was very upset, impatient, and hostile and said she had other patients waiting. Glad I got my prescriptions filled, but definitely not someone I'd opt to see again.

She was very helpful during our telehealth visit. She made me feel very comfortable and kept things light-hearted as my injury was not serious. Thanks, doc!

She did refill my prescriptions and I appreciate that, but the telehealth appointment did feel very dismissive. One of the prescriptions was also incorrect, but the pharmacy fixed the issue.

I did an online appt with this doctor and it felt very unprofessional. If you take appts with a patient, you need to have a closed door office, not have your kids running around, being loud in the background, essentially distracting you from our conversation. She ended up prescribing allergie meds for a sinus infection. She never really listened to what I had to say. 1/10.

She completely disregarded me and my concerns. When attempting to explain what my concerns were she made her own conclusions without even attempting to listen to my thoughts. Instead of providing reassurance she provided her own personal experience to discredit our symptoms. She didn't even attempt to listen or ask any additional questions about our symptoms or history. She provided false information in our chart because she wasn't listening or she didn't read our chart when we specifically stated what medications we were taking. She was not open or friendly and made the appointment feel very rushed.

She was unkind and very unprofessional. She will try to dissmiss you in a second. Very disrespectful and did not hear me out. I reported to the board.
