She's cold and difficult.....

I've been seeing Dr. Masrour for over 7 years, I have migraines and TN. I've seen headache specialists at Baylor Dallas and when they left I moved to UTSW and started with DR. Masrour in 2018. I wasn't able to develop a good relationship and report with her ever throughout the years. Since this is such a huge issue in my life, I knew this would be a problem, so I tried to switch doctors early on but UTSW wouldn't let me so I stayed. This would ultimately lead to many appointments where I felt unheard and dismissed. She did have great assistants and I wanted to keep my healthcare with a great system so I stayed. It culminated into a last appointment where she let me know that a procedural appointment 'did not come with a consultation' when I asked to speak with her. She did listen to me for about 10 minutes but my perception was that she did everything not to interact with me or answer my questions. I wish I was never her patient. I only feel I can write this because she is leaving UTSW
