Dr. Cheng has been super reassuring and helpful so far in figuring out my diagnosis. He was comforting before and after my colonoscopy and very thorough when explaining things to me. He’s been the first doctor to tell me my symptoms aren’t all “in my head,” and he treats me like a human rather than another case.

Excellent Doctor
I found Dr Cheng to be an excellent physician. He is extremely knowledgeable, a great listener, and offers explanations in a very understandable manner. He fully answers all questions and provides adequate time during appointments.

Procedure
I was nerves going into procedure but Dr Cheng was wonderful. After he was very good at explaining everything, and next steps. I was very impressed by the letter I received by Mail explaining what they had found in 1st procedure very detailed and also what was found during most recent visit. Thanks so much Dr Cheng

Dr. Cheng is a great doctor
Dr. Cheng has been my Gastro doctor for several years. He is personable and explains everything before the procedure and after and answers all questions. Never feel rushed and confident in his decisions. The staff there are wonderful and help make you comfortable and at ease.

Dr Cheng is a wonderful doctor
Dr Cheng is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He takes his time with his patients and he really listens. He has a great bedside manner. He explains things so you can understand it. He is a wonderful doctor. He is one of the best doctors I have been to in my experience.

Scared
When I first met Dr Cheng he was very kind I had a bad experience last time I had an upper GI. Dr Chang calmed me down and I felt so safe. Procedure went well and I went home.

He is a doctor I like. He asked me what problems I had, I told him about my problem and he listened to me very carefully and told me a lot of reassuring things. He has extraordinary gentleness, he is calm and very interested in what I was telling him. He took my worries away. I recommend it with great pleasure! He is a grade 10+ doctor.
