Excellent doctor!
I am really distrustful of the other review on here. I am a 74 year old man who has put off taking care of many things including heart arrhythmia, osteoarthritis in my hips, and more. Dr Kim is a new doctor on my plan and she was assigned as my primary physician. I met with her today with a laundry list of things that needed attention. She was very thorough with her examination of each of my issues, made appropriate referrals to other doctors for additional work, and promptly filled my prescriptions, as well as made sure that I got my current flu and Covid vaccinations. She showed me the chart she was filling in and we read through each of her recommendations together. She wanted to make sure that I understood her recommendations and make sure that she provided answers to all my questions. I couldn't be more pleased with my care and would recommend this doctor to anyone!

Rude and Rushed
Dr. Shana Kim was trying to rush me out the door, even before the appointment began. I had 7 quick and easy questions, but was told at the beginning that I would need to make a second appointment to get all my questions answered. I made this appointment a month in advance and scheduled time off of work for it. I didn't even get all my questions answered and had to argue with Dr. Kim to get the answers I did. Dr. Kim was knowledgeable, but rude. I was unable to get the help I needed and will not be returning to her.
