Dr. Maxwell is very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I’ve been a patient for over10 years and don’t ever want to go anywhere else. He keeps my pain under control so that I can still try to enjoy life.

Dr. Shane Maxwell is a fantastic doctor and I cannot emphasize this enough. My GP recommended Dr. Maxwell last year and he has helped me immensely since then. I recently had a spinal cord stimulator implanted by Dr. Maxwell and he helped me thru every part of it. He cares greatly about his patients and it shows. Had had multiple back surgeries and dozens of procedures before meeting Dr. Maxwell and am now seeing light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Thank you Dr. Maxwell and team! John Ryan

Horrible. When I arrived I was met with confusion and told that even though I was there 15 minutes early (as was stated in the voicemail and text message reminders I received) that I would not be seen because I needed to be there at least THIRTY minutes BEFORE my scheduled appointment. Ridiculous, if they want you there at X time and won’t see you otherwise, then that is when the appointment needs to be scheduled for. Told my doctor my family would like to see ANY OTHER pain specialists.

I was a previous patient of Dr Maxwell's for several years I transferred awsy and recently moved back. He was great and really helped me after 4 neck and back surgeries. I made a apt before moving back, when I showed up Marisol had canceled my appointment and never called me. She said she would reschedule me but never called me. I waited a week then called and left a message, never heard back. Waited another week and tried to call again. Left another message and still nothing?

Dr. Maxwell is a very caring doctor, he listens to all of my concerns. He is very understanding and is attentive. He explained my medical conditions and put me on some medication that really helps. I have been seeing him for 2 years, and my pain level is manageable. I would recommend Dr. Maxwell to anyone.

I have privileged of having Dr. Shane Maxwell as my pain specialist since right before I had my 2nd back surgery. Dr. Maxwell is very knowledgeable, has excellent bedside manner. I would recommend Dr. Maxwell to anyone needing a pain management physician.

after high doses of chemotherapy my doctor sent me to maxwell for pain control felt uncomfortable during our visit he wanted to take me off the meds that where keeping me comfortable wanted me to completely detox cold turkey and try me on something he was not sure was going to help and did not care about me beaing in pain spent a total of 2 hours in his office with his nurses and seen him personally for less then 3 mins. Very unprofessional also took almost 3 weeks to get a appt

Dr Maxwell is awesome!He listens, is attentive and seems to care.His office has a strict on-time policy, but I like that. It keeps them on-time so I'm in and out,no long waits.The Staff is friendly and I have only seen them stern when I'm a minute or two late, which is understandable considering the push back they get from most the patients about being late and having to reschedule.Just remember on-time for them is 15 minute early, and not a minute after and you will get the best care available.
