Very Astute & Courteous
Dr. Banks has been very thorough with the care and advice regarding my elderly mother's health. She has taken time to review her chart prior to coming into the room for our visit (based on her questions) and she listens to my mother as well as me, when giving an account of what the issues are at hand for that visit. I truly appreciate her professionalism and courteous demeanor during our interactions.

Caring Doctor
Dr. Banks is a very caring doctor, very through in her diagnosis and works to continually improve your care. Dr. Banks gives medical advice, guides you toward nutritional/dietary resources as needed and follows up with you on every visit to determine if you are following recommendations. She takes the time to listen to you. I recommend Dr. Shannon Banks HIGHLY.
