Dr. Shannon Huff, MD

Dr Huff is the sweetest!!! She explains everything and isn't in a rush!! I would give her 10 stars if I could ..

I was a few minutes late for my first appointment, but no one scolded me, and I was welcomed warmly. Staff members were professional and friendly. Dr. Huff was very respectful and knowledgeable. Having been told by other doctors that 'It's just a part of growing older,' I had become used to feeling that no one cared if I was healthy post menopausal, but Dr. Huff was the exception. She listened and discussed her findings with me. I left with the impression that my well-being matters. I have recommended her to two other women after my second visit.

The way she shows patient's that she cares about the well-being and over all health. She was very kind to our family and very informative on any questions we had about any issues we may have had . I've referred her to every woman I know.

Dr. Shannon Huff is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She asks all the “right” questions to gain the big picture of one’s health & can uncover what other doctors miss. She is quick to offer solutions, referrals, etc. I highly recommend Dr. Huff to anyone looking for a progressive physician.

I hadn't a frustrating experience. I saw Dr. Huff twice, and the second time I brought with me 3D ultrasound images to show her from a visit at a previous clinic. She had me do a 2D ultrasound in the office and refused to look at the images I brought. She didn't make eye contact very often, and took a long time explaining things I already knew in a pretty patronizing tone, but wouldn't entertain the questions I had. I left, went to a specialist, got the right diagnosis, and am much happier.

Dr. Huff is very knowledgeable, listens effectively & us very thorough. Dhd has excellent "bedside manner". I highly recommend & gave already recommended her to several people.

Dr. Huff is a good doctor & surgeon; however, she leaves most patient interaction to her nurse. I liked her, but didn't feel real rapport. Some of my concerns have, honestly, been passed over I tried for 3 days prior to the Christmas holidays to get a post-op problem seen to, with no luck. I was told to go to my PCP, who would not deal with it. The other Pardee gyn office had the phone on "voice mail mode" & were not returning calls. Not all Dr. Huff's fault, but a back-up plan is standard.

I've had three appts with Dr Huff. So far she has been very helpful & understanding, with a very good patient manner. Being fairly young, she is very knowledgeable with new information concerning women's issues. The staff is very nice, the offices great with a snack bar & very nice waiting , reception area.

I only made it to 1 appointment with Dr. Huff but my experience was and I'll stress if you have phobias such as I do, do not go here. My second appointment I waited in the office for over 40 mins and had to leave due to the stress of sitting there. I realize not everyone has this problem. However the staff was not prepared in away. As far as doctor Huff she seemed nice but that is all I can really say. When I left the computer tech seemed more concerned than the nurse manning the front desk.

Dr. Huff was professional and very personable. Her office is new and clean. The front desk staff is very friendly and her head nurse is the best. Overall a great ob/gyn.
