Dr. Shannon Kaneaster, MD

Highly recommend.

Dr kaneaster is fantastic!! He did both of my kids tubes in ears, andoids and tonsils. I wouldn't trust anyone else! He is so kind, reassuring, and patient! Amazing bedside manner, and also very knowledgeable with newest evidence-based practice. I've worked with him personally in recovery, and there's no one else I would trust!!

After listening for 1 minute the Dr. stuck a sharp instrument up my nose, then recommended an x-ray , then told me my sinuses were inflamed. Well probably from the instrument Dr. Kaneaster shoved up my nose. IT HURT!!! No explanation of results, just said it's related to my brain and I need to see a neurologist. When I asked if Dr. Kaneaster could give me some names or a referral, he said he doesn't do referrals. I didn't expect for them to call, at least some guidance and clarification of test results. The procedure he performed was NOT COVERED BY MY INSURANCE. Office staff didn't check with my insurance company or inform me of the outrageous cost. Awful doctor, awful staff!!! Unprofessional and uncaring! Only $$$$ matters to him!!!

I love Dr. Kaneaster. I need sinus surgery, but I don’t want to have it done. If I decide to have sinus surgery, I will go to him. He’s honest and forthright, and I trust him!

Very friendly office staff and wonderful Doctor. Would not recommend any other ENT to anyone. Everyone should use Dr. Kaneaster!!!

I have been going to Dr Kaneaster for my sinuses since 2012. I have had 2 sinus surgeries with him and he did a great job both times. I have also had many office visits over the past 5 years as well. Dr Kaneaster is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He has a great bedside manor, is extremely knowledgeable and does not try to push any unnecessary procedures. Every time I go to his office I have gotten in and out fast and he always addressed every concern I have. 5 STARS FOR DR KANEASTER !!

After examination, he gave no good explanation. Recommended further testing but when I called for my results was told they didn't find anything to seek a neurologist. No explanation of results, just said it's related to your brain, so you need to see a neurologist. When I asked if they could give me some names or a referral, they said I need to take care of that myself. I didn't expect for them to call, at least some guidance and clarification of test results should be given. Staff is rude.

I was not pleased with this doctor. I was given a round of medication twice for a month at a time that did not work. I had to return for the same sinus issues and the doctor had obviously not gone over my chart because he was not able to answer simple questions and had to leave out of the room stating, let me go review your chart. How rude! This made me feel like I definitely wasn't a priority and my concerns were not serious. Dr. Kaneaster rushed through the appointment and was was not happy.
