She listened patiently and didn’t gaslight me on any concerns I had over my experiences. She was kind enough to go an extra 30 minutes over the appointment time, and didn’t rush me.

Dr. LeMaster: doesn't listen, believe, patients
My experience with Dr. LeMaster was very frustrating. I did not feel that she listened to me or believed me. She argued with me about how I feel (!), tried to convince me that I was feeling differently than what I described to her, frequently told me that the side effects I experienced "were not side effects," and was generally unpleasant and unhelpful. She also seemed careless with advice. For example, when I had several panic attacks, she told me to simply stop taking my blood pressure meds, without explaining that not titrating down slowly is dangerous, and she did not offer relief for my panic attacks (she later called back and changed her recommendation altogether). I would not recommend her.

Totally inept, uninterested, and does not at all take in consideration the needs or opinions of the patient. Office staff is equally inept. Rarely answer the phone, don't return calls "by end of business day" and don't communicate messages to the doctor. If you explain your concerns she blames it on your communication skills rather than apologizing and trying to improve the situation. Worst of all she can't recall her treatment from one appointment to the next. Big waste of time and money.
