This was the first time with Dr. Weatherford and she was the best listened, gave good advice, thorough, caring & not in a rush.

Dr. Weatherford was wonderful. She listened, answered, and informed. Her patience while I rambled and asked a million questions put me at ease and I feel comfortable and confident in her being my surgeon.

Dr. Weatherford is very kind and helped provide me with some peace of mind and support after my loss.

Dr. Weatherford is the best medical provider I may have ever seen. She was spectacular.

The Dr. Was very sweet and walked me through everything that was happening during the procedure, I just felt like when I was asked why I didn't want my IUD anymore, everything I said, it was like she had to invalidate everything I said. It made me feel like she just wanted me to keep it! I understand giving someone pros and cons but she kind of made me feel like I was making a "bad decision."

I’ve been her patient for years and I don’t even trust doctors! She did 2 of my surgeries and I was scared to death. Her and she staff are the most friendliest and caring people. Dr Weatherford is a special diamond in a coal mine.

Dr canceled

The Doctor refused to discuss menopause symptoms with me. She said that patients exhibit symptoms of she discusses. Very condescending and belittling experience.

Dr Weatherford is condescending, combative, dismissive, and rude. She rarely let me finish a sentence, and had no respect for me as an individual. I cancelled my follow up appointment since there is no way I would ever let her touch me.

She’s amazing

Dr. Shannon Weatherford did not deliver my daughter due to holiday scheduling which was around Thanksgiving nor did she f/u with me after delivery . I was discharged from the hospital with no prescription for pain medicine after the birth of my daughter. I called Dr. Weatherford office in tears with complaints of extreme pain, I was told by her nurse to take OTC medication and ONLY call if the pain persist. I ended up doing my 6 week check up with another physician due to "scheduling conflict" with the OB whom I spent 9 months with and would not give me the time of day. I was advised by Meredith a genetics counselor on terminating my pregnancy at 26 weeks due to my daughter having a chromosomal abnormality which "may" have led her to being a "special needs child". Terminating my pregnancy so late was the most disgusting advice any human being could offer special needs child or not!

She is hands down the best doc ever! Very calm n patient, will answer all your questions, never in a rush, mentions all possible risks n offers suggestions so that you don't feel overwhelmed, has excellent bedside manners ,is never late unless there is an emergency...the list can go on. She warned me of all possible complications from my c section and did deliver my baby safely and saved me from what could have been the worst outcome from a postpartum heommorage. She doesn't make false promises or speculate anything even if your mind wants to go in their direction. She keeps every discussion very professional and simple and to the point. You won't regret your choice of her as your OB.

Dr Weatherford is my fave! I have been going to her for over 15 yrs. She is friendly, efficient and easy to talk to. Love her!

Dr. Weatherford diagnosed my unborn daughter with a genetic condition she nor her team in MFM knew anything about. She allowed Meredith a genetics counselor to recommend abortion at 26 weeks pregnant as an attempt to provide"all available options" possible to me out of state and would help with resources. I am so glad I did not follow the advice of my doctor.
