Excellent doctor
Dr Serdy has been managing my osteoporosis for many years. She has always given me the time I need, has explained things thoroughly. When she discovered I had hypoparathyroidism, she went over all the options with me. I always felt like a partner in decision-making. When I decided to go ahead with surgery, she made sure I was seen by an expert surgeon. Dr. Serdy even met me via telehealth during her lunch!

Dr. Serdy has been a true partner, champion, and mentor in managing by diabetes for nearly 20 years, from the time I was a 20-something recent college grad to today, as a parent. She treats the whole patient with a combination of warmth, wisdom, and (at times!) tough love. I feel so lucky to have found her!

Dr. Serdy is not a very kind doctor. She is incredibly stuck-up and had horrid bedside manner. Just because you graduated from Harvard doesn't mean you get to treat people poorly. You're a doctor, you're suppose to be helping people, don't put people down due to their poor health- I implore you.
