This was my first and last time here. It was a nightmare. Dr. Diwan is the most horrific medical professional that I have ever encountered, his license to practice medicine should be revoked. His ethical and moral compass is non-existent. He did not even bother to listen to any of my concerns and just kept saying that I don’t have anything when he clearly saw my rash all over my body and all my medications along with the ER diagnoses of my infections. He kept saying that’s nothing. I came to this doctor to find out exactly what kind of infection I have but he is incompetent. How are you going to tell me I have nothing when I know MY BODY. I know what symptoms i’ve had and what i’m going through. I would not ever recommend Dr. Diwan. He has the worst bed side manner that I have ever experienced in my life! He was condescending, spoke to me as if I were stupid and he also would not wait long enough for me to answer any of my questions nor for me to tell him what I was experiencing.

wow, what horrible and sad reviews. I do wonder if doctors look at these ratings and better themselves or hire polite staff.

Honestly he has an nice staff. I wouldn't consider Dr. Diwan the most supportive doctor, and I don't think he has ever returned a phone call. He seems to lack empathy, appointments feel fairly rushed, and honestly I've been looking for a new doctor to transfer my care. My health is really important to me and I would like to think that my provider feels the same way.

Revoke his license. He was useless. Demonstrated no care or courtesy. He does NOT listen. It's like your a number not a patient. Not compassionate, he's a robot.

I got an appointment quickly and his office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Diwan spent over 20 minutes with me patiently addressing my questions and fears. I would recommend him to anyone. He answered my questions in a way so I could understand.
