Dr Ismail saw my child and she doesn't listen to the patients or the parents concern. Very arrogant, and didn't show concern at all.

Possibly the worst listener of any doctor we have ever visited. My son has a chronic condition for which he has 9 specialists, but of course Dr. Ismail was ready to second-guess their decisions within minutes of seeing (and not even examining) my son. She didn't hear a word we said and kept going off on unrelated tangents. I don't have room here to paste her notes, which we obtained from records, which were factually inaccurate and disrespectful. I would NEVER recommend her!
