I asked for appointment with Dr. Jeffries, was told I could see an assistant that week but the next opening to see Dr. Jeffries was a month later. I chose to wait so that my first visit would be with Dr. Jeffires. I arrived, the Dr. (so I was led to believe) saw me, prescribed treatment + medications. One month later I returned for my follow-up appointment and was met by? a different woman, who claimed to be Dr. Jeffries and said the other woman was her assistant. Is this malpractice?

If you have even the sightless possibility of having Lyme Disease 'DO NOT' see Dr. Sharen Jeffries! Without any blood work with complete disregard to all your symptoms, Dr. Jeffries will give a cocktail for herpes that includes Steroids. This is a death sentence for you and your immune system to fight this bacterial infection of Lyme Disease! After 6+ years I am still fighting to get my WBC up, my medical cost are over 50% due to her carelessness!

I haven't been to their office but called to see if they participate in the Hear Now Program, a program that provides low income patients with hearing aids. I spoke with a gentleman, the hearing aid dispenser, I believe, who was absolutely NOT interested in donating his time to help less fortunate. I will make sure to never spend my hard earned money there.

THE WORST. You'd be better off visiting your pet's vet! Very disorganized office staff. Phones are never answered. Calls are never returned. The doctor is either very personable or extremely rude - there's no happy medium. And you're in for a big surprise if you ever need to reach her after hours- she's furious if you bother her after 6:00 PM. Tells you to go to ER!!!!!!
