Would give zero stars to Rozen & staff if I could.Spent 20 minutes telling her about my drop foot and inability to walk normally, explained that’s why I could not get onto the table or change into a gown. I got up to leave and she said “you’re really hanging onto that cane aren’t you?” Ummm ya. Thats why I’m here! This started a long process of referral after referral to specialist after specialist with zero follow up — even for a brain scan. It’s been over two weeks now and I’m still waiting for the results — despite several calls to the office.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!.

I saw Dr. Rozen for about 10 years. Which is a huge regret because my quality of life suffered because of her poor quality of care. She would spend 5-10 mins and then blamed every complaint on anxiety... she would push Zoloft as the treatment, which I took even though it didn't help and after so many years I realized it was hormonal and she still blew me off when I brought it up to her. The nurse even agreed but then got shut down by Dr. Rozen so she couldn't help me. I finally switched to a new doctor and wow! I had no idea what good quality care I was missing all those years!! I no longer have any crazy symptoms I used to, and no longer have anxiety either... I also don't take any antianxiety/antidepressants. Save yourself some trouble and find a more educated doctor who will spend more time with you to actually listen and figure out the underlying problem instead of blaming everything on anxiety. Anxiety is just another symptom!! Oh and the office staff was rude on top of it.

She doesn’t take her time. She rushes through the appt barely giving you time to talk to her. She doesn’t go through your symptoms and check deeper for things. Everything is not anxiety or depression. And if a nodule is shown in a cat scan, tell your patient. Don’t have the office staff tell you the scan was normal. I had to go to the ER to find out.

She was extremely kind however I spent about 5 minutes with her addressing a pretty serious problem which deserved more time. It seemed like her primary goal was to get me out as fast as possible.

91 year old mom, just had a stroke in November, Dr Rozen blurted out you had a stroke in the doorway of hospital room. (In front of moms friend). So much for the privacy act you signed! So much for bedside manners! Staff is rude, and Dr Rozen spends no time with you during your appointment. She was appalled that I had the gall to tell her I'll never quit taking fish oil. Right after she told me it had no health benefits. I could go on and on. Mom and I have been going to her for years.

I visited Dr. Rozen for a new patient check up yesterday. She was very friendly, she listened to my concerns, and made me feel welcomed. I am defiantly keeping her as my PCP. It was very refreshing to be seen by a Physician who's compassionate.
