Patient and Kind
I recently went back to see Dr. Zubair when symptoms began to once again show their face. He was patient and listened to my concerns and symptoms. He ordered an endoscopy for me. He performed the endoscopy with absolutely no problems after. My GI symptoms seem to be gone.

Good Doctor
He’s a good doctor. I’m a little confused by the negative reviews. I liked him immediately. He’s knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. He reviewed and assessed my condition and prescribed a logical course of action. He answered all of my questions and explained things I didn’t understand. He also brought to my attention some issues I wasn’t aware of. I was very pleased with my visit and l am confident and comfortable in his care.

Rude and arrogant doctor
I came here to read reviews as I am due for a follow-up colonoscopy. Sharif Zubair treated me in the hospital during an ischemic colitis attack a couple of years ago. He was argumentative with me the morning of the colonoscopy stating details that did not occur (sparing you the details). I had spent the night prepping in the hospital. The next morning, flat on my back, feeling very poorly and vulnerable, about to undergo an intrusive test and this insolent guy wants to argue. I never write negative reviews on line, and would prefer to see the same doctor, but even several years later his disrespectful manner still stings. I am not a 'karen', am always courteous and compliant with doctors. It is difficult to understand the positive reviews unless he wrote them himself.

NOPE!!!
He's terrible. Maybe it was based on his opinion of my insurance plan, but he rushed me through the appointment and barely listened to anything I said. He was done with me inside of 5 minutes (!!!) He cringed when I mentioned my bowel issues but offered zero solutions and just shrugged them off. He also was more interested in scheduling my surgery immediately (the next day!) because he had a sudden cancellation and thus an opening to fill. He didn't care at all that I am supposed to be off of my blood thinners and fish oil and other anti-coagulants for several days prior to surgery. And then what happens when I don't clot? Oh that's right, I bleed out on the table and DIE. Any doctor who plays fast and loose with a patient's actual LIFE because it simply fits their own schedule and fills their own pocket should not be a doctor at all.

Looking to find answers
Went to see Dr Zubair for help to sort out some long time digestive issues. I felt defensive when I told him why I came because of the way he spoke to me, I did not feel respected. He basically said he couldn't help me and did not seem interested in listening to what I had to say. I left feeling discouraged and misunderstood and lacked confidence in his concern for me as a patient seeking help. I will not go back to him. I would not recommend him to anyone I know.

Dr. Zubair is an excellent physician. Very thorough and willing to answer questions. I was nervous about my first colonoscopy but Dr. Zubair gave me confidence in his expertise. He met with me in the recovery room and sent written results in less than 5 days. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Dr Zubair has a wonderful bedside manner and I have always been afraid of the colonoscopy but with Dr Zubair doing the procedure he was great, telling me everything and being very professional. He also has the best sense of humor when working with patients like myself I love to laugh and feel comfortable with my Doctors. I have already recommended Dr Zubair to several people and I feel confident that they will love him and feel very comfortable with him.

I've had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy with Dr Zubair . Both experiences, though years apart, I experienced excellent care and a wonderful bedside manner. I am confident my health was his number 1 priority He spent time explaining his procedures, after care and made sure I & my family understood I also saw his partner Dr Khan during my hospital stay, top notch practice
