Unprofessional, Rushed, and Lacking Empathy
She was extremely pushy and aggressive in her approach. She lacked patience, didn't listen to us, and disregarded the instructions from previous doctors. It felt like she was pressuring us into unnecessary procedures. Afterwards, we discovered she had a C-section to attend to soon. She was very rushed and didn’t care about our feelings or needs. She even resorted to saying unsettling things to persuade us, such as, 'I don't want you to bleed to death.

Amazing Doctor
I drop my doctor a week before I had my baby. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I am so happy I found this doctor. I went into labor and had my baby in the ambulance. However my placenta was still inside. When I got to West Boca Hospital Dr. Richardson was so nice. She made me feel at ease. She help delivery placenta.

Dr. Richardson is very patient and knowledgeable. She is the OB for my whole family and we are very pleased with her, she takes the time to listen to my concerns and also explain everything thoroughly.

Dr. Richardson is absolutely AMAZING! She is very attentive, patient but best of all thorough with all of my examinations. I must say she is by far one of my FAVORITE physicians at Comprehensive OBGYN!

Rude receptionist (on phone and present). Rude nurse. First time ever seeing a gynecologist and she rushed the appointment and was not too welcoming.
