Do not go to any other Physiatrist
Dr. Bassi helped me win my life back. After a year+ of countless doctors evaluating my back pain, offering nothing but useless injections and surgical options, I was at a loss and accepted my back would be a mess forever. Until I met with Dr. Bassi, who actually identified the root cause of the issues I was having. Thanks to her assessment and treatment plan, my back has never been stronger and my pain has almost entirely gone away after being near completely debilitating. Going to any Physiatrist besides Dr. Bassi, quite simply, would be a mistake.

Dismissive, Arrogant and Rude
Waited 30 min to been seen to get a recommendation for neuro consult and said she would provide it and instead had her secretary give me a physical therapy referral even after I told her hadn’t worked three previous rounds and left me with large bills. Ignored my MRIs that showed herniated disks because another doctor ordered the tests and refused to see me at the original office I saw her at, making me travel 30 miles to her other office. Would highly highly recommend someone else, truly anyone else who will listen to you.

I went to Dr Bassi as I was in extreme leg and back pain. She did a procedure of injections and I was pain free in a day. I was scheduled for physical therapy. However, her exercises proved successful. I have been pain free for two years. I wouldn’t rate Dr. Bassi 5 stars. If possible, I would rate her 6 stars. Yesterday, I brought my sister to her and Dr. Bassi diagnosed her problem. This was after appointments with two other back specialists over a two month period. Dr. Bassi listens to her patients, properly diagnoses the problem, and cares about her patients.

I am still having a lot of burning sensations caused by the steroid injection....the Dr. Will not give any answers to the complications.I am in so much agony. I regret having the injection so much. It has caused me to be in more and added pain than I could have ever imagined. I need answers and relief. I believe the injection caused damage that I did not have!

I can't say enough good things about Dr Bassi. I have been in pain for cysts on my spine for months and my chiropractor recommended her. She did a short procedure and within a couple of days my months of pain was gone. She listens, is patient, and was so good during my procedure. I wish I had found her months ago.

This was the best doctors visit I have ever had. Dr Bassi is very professional. I did not get the feeling that I was being rushed as always seems to be the case, in fact she spent more time than she probably should have listening to my entire story, reviewing my MRI, taking notes and explaining every option that I had. I felt she was sincerely concerned and I believe she will help me get past my back pain. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this doctor

She was very dismissive and didn't listen to my husbands issues very well. I called the office when he was in severe pain and the nurse was rude and arrogant. I was told she hears these symptoms every day and they aren't going to give him narcotics. I kindly informed her he didn't want narcotics. Her response was we aren't an emergency practice and we can't get him in The worst patient care I have ever seen and I work in the medical field!!! Finding a new doctor!!!!
