Dr. Gibson has been fabulous through tubes twice for my 18 month and then 3 year old and then again with a vocal chord issue for my daughter. She lets the parents make the kids comfortable and really explains all the options and pros and cons.

When my daughter was 2, she managed to lodge some metallic paper in her nose. I took her to Dr. Gibson. Dr. Gibson was cold and off-putting. When I asked about a nonsurgical approach another doc had suggested, she said that would be "torturing" my child. She lied to us and told us Hasbro didn't allow parents to be with their kids before/during a procedure. Hasbro later told us that was untrue. Our toddler woke up from anaesthesia alone, because Dr. G lied to us to make her own life easier.

Dr. Gibson and Dr Duff are fantastic. Their staff is completely incompetent. From not knowing the difference between a lab slip and a paper prescription, being disrespectful during phone conversations, forgetting to call parents back until after 31 hours after their initial phone call is placed and not being able to schedule a sick visit for 6 weeks!!! This is NOT the way a professional medical office should be run. Absolutely deplorable!!!
