She doesn't follow up when she says she will, her office is only open four days a week, closed on Wednesday. Shes abrupt, rude, condescending, inconsistant and unprofessional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jones since 1990 and she is excellent. She and her staff always follow through with what they say they will do and it is always done with a smile. I have been referred to multiple specialists over the years, and based on the feedback I get when I tell them Dr. Jones is my primary, she is very well respected in the medical community. I wouldn't hesitate to say, she has been a god send.

She gives great recommendations for various specialists. All my specialists are good at what they do, especially my rheumatologist. She detected I had Fibromyaglia right away. I've been seeing her since 2009; I have confidence in her expertise because she is on the Medical Board. I was impress with my first visit with when she order very thorough labs. I did not know I had a Vitamin D deficiency and I had it for year w/o any idea until she order that test for me.

We have had Dr. Jones as our family physician for more than 10 years. Her front office staff are cordial and professional - I have never had any issues. I highly recommend Dr. Jones. Dr. Jones quite literally saved my life. She helped discover a heart ailment that was uncommon for someone of my age. She is diligent, professional and direct. This does not equate to being "rude" in my book. Her direct, no non-sense approach is a life-saver!

Dr. Jones is competent. Recommends tests as needed. Prescribes aprop. meds. However, doesn't return phone calls. Have to followup w/staff more than once. Biggest complaint: has made numerous mistakes w/scripts. Once didn't include instructions so pharm. wouldn't fill. Submitted 90 day scripts to local pharm. for 30 days & vice versa. Ordered all meds I've taken in past 4 years though I didn't use 5 of them. Cost me $142. Too busy to care. Abrupt. Condescending.

Sharon Jones was my primary doctor for 15 years, until we moved away from the area. I would recommend her to anyone. She has a relaxed style, is not uppity or full of herself like a lot of doctors can be, is always willing to listen and explain. She is smart and a skilled physician. I sure miss having her as my doctor and can't seem to find anyone close to her level of expertise.

Dr. Jones is condescending and rude. Her snide remarks and callousness is too much for me. It's hard enough to be sick but to be sick AND have to deal with Dr. Jones' foul attitude is too much.
