Takes time to actually listen.
I am really happy to find Dr. Liu. She takes the time to listen, including things that come up (doesnt make you get a new appt for every little thing). Will refer as needed, but coordinates the care and follow-up. There are sometimes staff communication problems (everything through app): but can always be resolved and questions asked.

Great Dr.
Dr Liu is my PCP - I visited several Drs before making this decision and have not once regretted it. She is a great Dr. - caring, compassionate, explains issues well. When I am in her office I am in a safe space.

I cannot believe this doctor is still practicing medicine. She learned of the death of one of her patients, my daughter(who died in Feb. 2016), three months after she died from five states removed. Run as far away from this doctor as fast as you can.

Dr. Liu, is Awesome, the very first time we met, I felt very comfortable talking with her about my healthcare concerns. Dr Lui answered all my questions and followed up with me via MyChart, which by the way I like using. I can see all my medical information and schedule my appointments a very helpful App. I have recommend her to my family and friends. She gets 5+ stars in my book.. Thank You Dr Lui

Very poor doctor. Had to learn from chart about diagnosis of osteoarthritis. Denied medication refills with no message on myChart or phone call from doctor or team as to why. Cancelled an ankle Cray, found out via St David's I have osteoarthritis in that same ankle due to same xray that she denied.

I have been a patient of Dr. Liu for about 4 years and I recommend her to my friends all the time. I don't mind getting notifications via email but that's a personal preference. If I have questions about the notification, I call at my own convenience. Also, the few times I have had a condition or illness, she took the time to listen to my experience and prescribed appropriate medications when necessary. It never felt impersonal to me, but again, we all have different prefences.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Long story short- find out about a new diagnosis via my online chart- no phone call to inform me. I called to inquire about it and they called back 2 days later. Also, I got the bill in the mail and charged even though my insurance fully covers preventive visits. They said since I mentioned my headaches, that was coded as an office visit in addition to my yearly. What a joke! Working as a healthcare professional myself, I’m appalled by this service !

I just had a visit with Dr. Liu for my stomach issues this afternoon. To my surprise, I didn't have to wait at all and she saw me right on our appointment time. She was caring, friendly, patient and thorough. She also listened very well to what I had to tell her. My experience was very positive with Dr. Liu. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends. :-) I am glad that I wasn't convinced by other negative reviews about Dr. Liu. I truly think she deserves better review rating.

She spent maybe 5 minutes with me. Did not listen to anything I was saying except the one part of my medical history that she could run a blood test on (aka take my money). I was still trying to ask questions as she walked out the door. Looking back I should have stopped her but I was upset and felt irrelevant. Would never recommend her to some I cared about.

Horrible. Doesn't really pay attention to you as a patient or a person. Doesn't fully investigate symptoms. Doesn't even make eye contact when talking to you. Stares at her computer screen while asking obviously "canned" questions that pop up in her patient care software program. If that's all it takes to be a "doctor" now, anyone who can could do it. As a result, I'm still experiencing symptoms, most of which are now worsening, of two different conditions I sought care for months ago.
