Wish it had been better
I was optimistic about my appointment with a new provider, as DOs are often more open minded about treatment plans, meds, etc. Not so with Dr McKelvey. Appointment was not rushed, but I did not feel like she listened or respected my opinion. The medical assistant present at my appointment was wonderful, but the one that has been taking my calls since is dreadful. Calls and inquiries about prescription refills have been ignored.

Dr McKelvey previously known as Dr. Sharon Hansel has been my doctor since 1990. Her practice relocated to Castle Rock (CR) and believe me, she is worth the drive. She's professional and actually listens to her patients needs. I will remain her patient because she is a jewel of a doctor and is very compassionate. I've had some issues with the new office, lost RX's and voice mails that aren't returned and are seemingly lost; which is tiresome. The CR office could use a phone system overhaul.
