Sadly disappointed in her patient empathy and attitude. I was diagnosed with early-stage prostate cancer and had a pre-surgery EKG that indicated an anomaly. I kept asking her about it, she would only tell me to talk to the attending cardiologist. When I kept asking her for a general explanation of terms used in the report she essentially said "look you had a heart attack. I suggest getting a stress test." That was all. Luckily it turned out to be a false positive result and I had successful surgery, but damn! That was my last encounter with Dr. Morris.

Awful. She is not patient focused at all. Don't know what her focus is. She is lackluster and combative when you question anything. You as the patient do not have a say. I left the office vowing to get another doctor. Over the next few weeks I kept having Walgreen Pharmacy leave messages. Evidently,I was prescribed a medicine but was not told by the doctor. I called the Parkland office a total of 4 times and left a message for the doctor to call me. I wanted to know why the medicine, what the drug was and side effects. Never received a call back. I gave up and will have my records transferred. My husband felt the same and had his records transferred. We felt she was not genuinely interested in us, did not engage effectively nor explain anything.

I thought she was wonderful. Had a nagging pain that previous Dr never addressed she was on point with everything. Referred me for xrays and spine specialist. Because of her got the help I needed for my back. I will miss her not being at C C.

Long wait times, no bedside manner and incompetent. She took me off of my medication because "the numbers in your blood test are in range". Yeah--they're in range BECAUSE I'M ON THE MEDICATION, dummy! Created a massive hassle and time off of work I couldn't afford to take in order to find another doctor to refill. Did not update records.

Dr. Morris is rude, uncaring, and undeserving of working at the Cleveland Clinic. This doctor has no respect for the patient and borders on abusive. I reported to omsbudsman, medica re and medical board but don't waste your time, find another doctor!!!!

She had an attitude her way or highway. You do exactly what she wants & how she wants or else. Her way is poison with vaccines, unnecessary test for stupidity and the real problems she blows off. Asked for ear irrigation you could feel the tension from & the nurse. Never went back.

New patient visit for Physical, Dr. Morris spent 10 min with me and made me feel 2 ft tall questioning why I was on replacement hormones at 54 and why I take .5mg Zanax at night to sleep. She did not ask me to tell her anything about myself - she just judged. She made me feel like I was a drug addict, I had to beg for only a 2 month refill. I was so upset when I left. YOU will have to go somewhere else to have any blood work done, they do not provide this basic service, unacceptable.

Disappointed that she would not (or did not want to) read my file from a previous doctor of 17 years. Nor would she call the previous doctor to get a better understanding of my chronic condition. Instead she chose to treat me based on her beliefs, and not what is or could be best for the patient. Mine is an unusual circumstance ..... so, if you have a cold she could probably help you with that.
