Dr. Nichols was my father's cardiologist when she was in MT in 2013. The LAST time he saw her, she erroneously sent his prescription as 2 tablets, instead of 1/2 tablet. I caught the error and left a message asking if the change was an error. I received no call back so I asked the pharmacist to follow up. The correct dosage of the heart med was 1/2 tablet. A pretty significant error for an elderly patient with congestive heart failure.
