After relocating to the area I was skeptical about ever finding a doctor like my last. I wanted a doctor that I felt was personable and really cared about my medical issues. I truly believe that I have found that in doctor Palmer. She does not rush through appointments and follow-ups on previously discussed issues. It took a while for my initial appointment as a new patient, but I am glad that I waited. The staff in Grovetown has been nothing short of professional as well.

My visit with Dr. Palmer was the best I’ve had with any physician in my 53 years on earth! I researched many Dr’s looking for one who would be kind and compassionate and who would listen and respect me as a patient. Dr Palmer is the epitome of what Physicians should be. She is very prompt knowledgeable responsive attentive and values my opinion as a patient. I truly thank God for her. I highly recommend her - highly!

Dr. Palmer is an EXCELLENT physician. She is very thorough and is current with research. When we moved to the area, my biggest concern was finding a good doctor for my husband who has a complicated medical history. She does an amazing job managing his health and developing an open line of communication with her patients. If you are looking for a doctor, definitely try Dr. Palmer. You will not be disappointed!

Dr. Palmer is such a wonderful doctor. She is extremely thorough and attentive, and she genuinely cares about her patients. I have had really GREAT experiences with her. She has patiently responded to my emails through the patient portal, and she even called to check on me after my last visit, because she knew I was very sick.

Dr. Palmer is a wonderful and warm primary care doctor. She takes her time and really reviews all options with you (medicine, holistic, and out of the box recommendations that are very unique and thoughtful). She is smart, funny, and really takes care of patients in a way that lets you know she is in control and knows exactly what she is doing. I highly recommend her.

Hi, thank you for reviewing Dr. Palmer!
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Palmer?
Professionalism, courtesy, and trust at this office is below the standards of a doc-in-a-box, let alone an office that takes in regular patients. Phone calls are not directed properly; not returned in urgent situations. Test results are relayed by an unqualified administrative personnel over the phone; not by the doctor or a registered nurse. Follow-up appointments re. test results and administration of medications are not priority. This includes very important tests. I would advise anyone with serious or potentially serious health issues to avoid this doctor.

I can honestly say my visit with Dr. Palmer was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had at a physicians office. The staff was pleasant and friendly from the minute I walked in the door. I was seen by Dr. Palmer less than 10 minutes from my arrival at the office. Dr. Palmer was soothing, thorough, genuinely caring, and made me feel completely at ease. Her nurse was patient and gentle and was thorough as well. I highly recommend this provider! This was an incredible experience!
