Dr Root saw me in hospital upon admission to evaluate my toe, which had become infected and increasingly painful. After medication wean and diagnostic testing the decision was made to amputate the distal third of my 2nd toe. Surgery went well and recovery quick. Follow up at her office was prompt, timely and professionally pleasant. Advice for foot care in future was given with a recommendation of an Associate not affiliated with her practice but much closer to my residence. She is the consummate professional.
