Dr. Sharon Steele, MD

Receptionists are rude, cold, and do not care about you. They have promised to send in my script for over a week and half but never do it. He lies and has a very thick accent that is hard to understand. The service is horrible, and they do not care about their patients.

Front office is incapable of doing their job. Waited over a month for an appt, finally see the NP and a week later I find out the surgery center they use doesn’t take my insurance. They should have known this when I made my appt because I made it for a surgical consult. They also didn’t tell me until an hour before my appt that my infant and toddler couldn’t come with me. I didn’t have a sitter planned, so I’m scrambling to have my husband leave work so I didn’t have to reschedule for another month later. This is the worst OB/GYN office I’ve ever been to in the 18 years I’ve been seeing an OB/GYN

THIS IS THE WORST doctor's office I have ever experienced. Essentially they refused to give me my test results after calling to scare me. I called 3 times and was ignored. Not one phone call back in over a week. Completely unprofessional! Then when I dare to criticize their bad behavior for not putting the needs of the patient first, do they apologize or try to right their wrong? No. They simply insult the patient who is in need of assistance! Medical providers are supposed to have some decency and at least pretend to care about their patients but they have yet to give me my test results and it has been weeks and weeks. There is not a shred of 'care' from this health care provider!

Love love love Dr Steele and Cassie. They were amazing with both my pregnancies and my child births. I had my son within 45 mins of getting to the hospital and Cassie & Steele both rushed there bc they knew i wanted them to deliver him, but he was already born before they arrived. They knew my daughter was going to be small and monitored me closely my whole pregnancy and did great insuring the delivery of my daughter.
