Unfortunately I had to have surgery. The office staff is the worst! They leave you with the impression that they not only don't want to deal with you but they hate dealing with you! Just remember if you have to have surgery you are stuck with the office staff treating you like you are trash. Pay attention from the first phone call and office visit! It only gets worse. There's better choices out there where you are treated better by staff. It's just not worth it!

Dr Clark did neck surgery on me. The entire process went smoothly. He diagnosed me quickly and was able to get surgery scheduled quickly. As soon as I woke up after surgery I could already tell a difference.

Started seeing Dr. Clark 2018 for low back pain and sciatic nerve pain. After several blocks with no relief he performed lumbar fusion, repaired three spinal stenosis and removed bone spurs. I still had low back pain and sciatic nerve pain. His answer to me …this happens to a certain percentage of patients it just has to work out. Six weeks after my surgery he released me to full duty. His office manager did not want to fill out my return to work form. Since my job is very heavy, lots of climbing and is very manual my company requires guidelines to what a returning employee may do. I was not seeking disability or opioid drugs, just to be well enough to perform my job. My jobs nurse sent me to the company doctor and placed me on light duty work. Dr. Clark never performed any x-rays after my surgery. His after care is non-existent. He received his money from me and my insurance then he cast you a side. Here it is June 2019 I am still spending money($6000.00 and counting) to other doc

Saw Dr. Clark 2018, the surgery did not repair my issues. "His statement there is a certain percentage of these that does this. It will take time for this condition for it to stop. " I still have low back pain that radiates down my leg to my calf. He has no after care and has released me back to work to a physical job (was not looking for pain meds). He got the insurance money and cast my care to the side. His staff is just as bad, getting required paperwork to return to work was impossible

RUDE OFFICE STAFF! The lady I spoke with hung up on me instead of letting me talk to someone else and I was only following what Dr. Clark had told me to do.

After an auto accident the emergency room discharged me. I had no health insurance and needed a serious neck fusion to stabilize my spine. Dr. Clark called me at home and told me to come back to the hospital. He offered to operate for what little I had. The operation was a huge sucess and saved me! A great and skilled doctor!

His office can always find an open appointment slot when there is money to be made from a patient. However, when it's time for the follow-up appointments, the doctor is suddenly all booked up for two months. Very rude staff. He is not our doctor of choice, he is the insurance company's!
