I went in to have part of a tooth removed. Dr Jepsen made an unplanned for incision, and he left it wide open and gave me no antibiotics. It became infected almost immediately. After calling his office and also speaking directly to Dr Jepsen 2 days later, I was told that I would have to wait until Monday and drive to Pocatello, or I would have to go into the hospital or a drs office,on my dime, BEFORE they would do anything such as antibiotics and pain medicine. After I explained that I am unable to drive to Pocatello, I was told there was nothing that would be done. I ended up having to go to the er where it was, in fact, very infected and I also have dry socket. I would not recommend this Dr or his staff.

Dr Jepson has an amiable personality and his staff is good, but he seems to be having some problems with anesthesia. I have had about 30 significant procedures with anesthesia over my lifetime. Jepson has done three procedures and two did not go well, that is a bad average so ***I do not recommend him***.Visit 1) Everything went as planned, no pain.Visit 2) No pain but he did not give enough wake-up juice and I was sick and wobbly for the next 8 hours like some African deer shot in the butt trying to walk. He admitted he used a different set of drugs than the first time.Visit 3) He said he would use the same drugs as the first time. I don't think he kept his promise. It was not even close to the same experience as the first time. I felt serious pain through the whole procedure and he did the normal callus doctor thing and KEPT GOING even though he knew it was not working.Anesthesia is a dangerous and tricky art and he does not seem to be as skilled as my expectations require.

I was involved in an auto accident roll over and Dr Jepsen was able to determine the pain and discomfort I was having to a cracked tooth that other doctors overlooked. I saw Dr Jepsen almost 5 weeks after accident. He referred me to a Dentist in my hometown of Malad. I was in the Dentist office very next morning getting crown placed on cracked tooth. The Dentist said Dr Jepsen had called him day before and explained my needs. Fast service. Excellent care!

In the last year and a half, we’ve had Dr. Jepsen remove two of our older children’s wisdom teeth and do an expose and bond on our 11 year old. Dr. Jepsen did a truly exceptional job. All three had minimal pain and minimal swelling. Dr. Jepsen and the staff were attentive and really helped put my children and myself at ease. We have had a great experience. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jepsen and his staff.

Family was seen in 2015 to prepare for wisdom teeth surgery in March of 2016 procedure was done. At the time of initial visit in 2015 we provided them w both our medical ins and dental ins. 8 months later we're still figuring out the $$ end. They've resubmitted to both ins several times, none of the figures jive, they owe us most of our down payment back, but they will not return phone calls, and we get the run around every time we call.
