Efficient
The staff were very welcoming. My visit was very efficient and Dr. Schoch was very straightforward, which I appreciated. I would very much recommend her; just keep in mind she seems very no nonsense (again, which I appreciate).

I provide one star Dr. Schoch did not provide the proper diagnosis or order the proper diagnostics to evaluate my fractured foot and improper placement of hardware to my ankle from a previous surgeon. She was consulted for a secondary option. I need revision surgery d/t non- union of my fractures and improper placement of hardware to my ankle caused me to have an ankle fusion. I do not recommend her treatment.

Look elsewhere
I was not a fan of how this provider talked to me. Basically told me my pain doesn’t add up from the arthritis I was recently diagnosed with. I asked how to manage the pain, she immediately stated that she doesn’t prescribe narcotics. This was odd to me because I wasn’t asking for narcotics. I wanted to know how to better manage and slow down the progression. She barely looked at my foot, hardly any eye contact, basically made to feel that the pain is all in my head despite documented evidence of CRPS after a major injury to the area that now has developed arthritis. I also have parahyperthyroidism which causes elevated levels of calcium in the blood. When I asked if these conditions could be complicating the arthritis. She gave me no straight answer and I had to ask for a referral to PT, not narcotics.
