He was very angry when he came into the exam room.

My husband had been going to Dr Z for over 5yrs. On his first appt with Dr Z added Fentynal patch 25mcg to the Norco 325/10mg. Dr. Z asked my husband if he consumed alcohol. My husband straight up told him that he does drink 1 if we go out to dinner and Sun during football season. Dr. Z exact words I am not going to police you about drinking. So on a few of his appts he had to do a pee test there was alcohol in his system. I started working from home April 2020. My husband never missed appt until 12/17/2021. His schedule at work changed I usually keep track of his appts. Well we both forgot. Office called asking where he was. Exact words this is first one so he will be ok. (LIE) I called office on Mon 12/20/2021 to reschedule. Nurse called on 12/23/2021 took the ph to my husband. I could hear what was being said I grabbed the ph and she was saying that he missed 3 appts. I said the only one he missed was 12/17/2021. Patient advocate they said he missed 2x in 2019 so Dr Z dropped him.

Very good dr. Has my pain under control.

First doc that helped me find not only the cause of my pain but also a solution

I hope to Never have to meet with Dr Zeltwanger again in this lifetime. I'm not angry or bitter, just hurt. Hurt for anyone that may have to encounter him in the future that may really need help. I have options and I'm aware of them. Others may not be as fortunate. It's doctors like him that give Mosaic a bad reputation and make patients seek help elsewhere. The first time I met him, he Assumed that I was drug seeking and let me know that he would not be prescribing me anything. I was insulted because I had not asked for anything! I was there to get scheduled for a battery replacement for my spinal cord stimulator implant of 10 years. I have NEVER been a drug seeker and didn't appreciate getting treated as such. Yesterday I called because I was in excruciating pain, I was having an acute sciatica episode bought on by a fall. His office called me back the next day to relay a message from him stating that he can't do Anything for me and will not give me any medication. I didn't ask

I've been in to have injections in my neck and back. I've had relief in all injections. Have been treated very well in all visits. Have had very little discomfort while the procedures were being done.

If I could not click on one star I would. He doesn't even deserve one. He has a god complex. He Is a complete waste of time. He won't do anything but belittle and degrade you. If you need help go anywhere else.

Terrible, arrogant and loves to prescribe drugs for every issue. I walked out on second consult.domt ask any questions you'll get a beady eyed stare and made to feel like an idiot.

mom went in for compression fracture that was found by 2 radioligists, Dr. Z couldn't "see" it, mom asked for an MRI so he could see it. he said I can't just order an MRI they are expensive and that is not how we are trained so he prescribed 30 days of pain meds & told her to buy a back brace end result would be the same in a year it will heal "what's the difference" he asked. Took her to KC, MRI showed not only fracture but the lumbar 1 had begun to crunch and shatter veritibroplasty done asap
