Find another physician
This man actually raises his voice. I almost thought it was some kind of a hearing test, but this is strange any which way. He sounded angry when I asked him about a med. He did not want to prescribe it. All he had to do was politely explain his rationale, instead of yelling at me. Other practices nearby are full, so I’m stuck with dr zeto for now.

By the book screen doctor
Dr. Zero appears to follow a screen script and not listen to a word I say. His phone nurse is rude and the on site staff are not at all friendly. I’ve seen his assistants struggling to read online questions. Not sure if they are in training or what, but he has different employees there every time I visit. I am searching for another pcp.
