Dr. Shayla Graham-Brock, MD

Dr Graham-Brock seemed rushed most of my visits. She ran tests that were unnecessary, not covered by insurance, and did not ask permission to run. For example, she ran HIV, drug tests, syphilis, Vitamin D, gonorrhea/chlamydia tests without explanation. I am married, healthy, and have to pay out-of-pocket for healthcare/labs until I meet my deductible, which makes it difficult to understand why she would run these tests. She never really did a physical exam, barely listened to my heart, did not palpate my abdomen. I am in healthcare too, and as a fellow healthcare professional, I would expect a minimum of effort. Her staff is incompetent. They do not answer phone calls/voicemails. I ended up just scheduling appointments so that I could get answers to my questions instead of having her staff attempt to figure out where the doctor prescribed my medications. I spent hours going from one pharmacy to another to attempt to track down my medications.

She was the most caring doctor that I had the pleasure of meeting, and then she left I miss her no one has should me that same care since she left. I Wish I could still be her patient. But I am not a Vet. . Hope she read this E. Hilliard
