Dr. Shefaa George, MD

New patient and am totally new to the area. Dr.F. was attentive to my question as well as her own. She was all that I wished her to be and she "hooked me up" to those I needed to follow through with. Her last words to me sealed the deal. "WELCOME TO THE DESERT!". I felt most welcomed indeed!

I am part of Kaiser and luckily fell upon Dr. Sheffa George. She is always friendly and easy to talk to regardless of what issues came up. She appeared to spend a lot more time listening to many doctors and asking more questions than others as well. When it turned out I had breast cancer she immediately went into action and took the time to personally call me to tell me instead of receiving it in a test report. She also adjusted my meds to help side effects of cancer treatments & recommended me to two A+ surgeons who was amazing at a different Kaiser location. She showed great empathy and kindness. I feel I can say anything to Dr. George and she understands. I also had great difficulty getting Pap smears that were not painful but Dr. George really did everything possible to make sure the experience was actually comfortable for me for the first time in many years, even though she’s not a gynecologist. My partner is equally happy with Dr. George too. I would recommend her to anyone.

She is the most amazing doctor I have ever had. She actually listens to your issues and takes time to evaluate diagnosis and treatment options. She has helped me far more than I can imagine any other doctor could have. She thinks outside of the box and is a true partner in treatment plans.

I saw Dr. George at her previous location, and she was wonderful. She was willingly to help me not only discover what health issues I had, but talk about multiple routes of getting treatment. She saw me as much as I needed, and helped alleviate my anxiety. She was friendly, and encouraged keeping in touch. She has been the only doctor that has told me all possible outcomes instead of an "I don't know" when there is more than one possibility involved. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I am a new patient of Dr. George and have been blown away with her knowledge, thoroughness and willingness to teach. Not only did she give me a diagnosis, she took the time to explain why she came to that conclusion and how her plan of care would improve that situation. She made it all make sense to me and even called six weeks after to check in on me. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. Best doctor I've ever had, hands down.
