Good but unresponsive ENT
As an ENT, she was fine. I had to push her to further investigate the issue I was having. She made incorrect assumptions about the origin of it without taking a history.I was informed of a potentially worrisome finding that was not contextualized as something that was probably congenital which I had lived with for many years. I had questions, & sent messages in the electronic health record. I did not receive a response. Finally, I called the office, was told I’d get a call back, & never did. I waited 2 weeks to have a test because of this.
