She was distracted and it seemed like she did not want to be there. She could not remember things I said. She even put wrong info in my file. Got cut off when I tried to ask a question.

I was just in to see Dr. Marsh just last week and she started reading "my" information on the computer saying it read I had Hepatitis and I clearly don't, that I hadn't had a Pap smear in 3 years (I have had at least 4) and much more. I clearly think she was reading someone else's file. She was very very rude to me and impatient. My 12 month old son was with me and she kept telling me to give him my phone to play with, um no way. She interrupted me constantly and I barely got a few words in.

Rude. Pretends to care; facial expression and voice tells the true story. Already formed an opinion about patient before performing check. Only did a half check.
