Office staff on the phone was pretty rude. Not friendly at all. Call was cutting off and lost the call, immediately called back and they just picked up and said "please hold" . Never came back to the line, hung up after 9 minutes of wait time.

Dr. Ramos evaluated our child for aspergers. we specifically told her we were not interested in doing genetic testing on our son. she sent us to quest diagnostics for what we thought was routine bloodwork, she had ordered the genetic testing that we specifically said we did not want without our permission or knowledge. a few weeks later quest sends a bill for $3000 for genetic testing. it is now in collections and dr. denies any accountability for her error.
