Three years ago after my husband’s stroke Dr. Smith put him on seizure meds. This particular drug was supposed to be monitored by blood level checks. My husband’s condition worsened. Dr. Smith kept raising his dosage. Without checking blood levels. He got worse and almost died. Now he is off those drugs but there is still severe damage from them.

Dr. Smith helped me when I showed up in the emergency room with some vision issues. There were several possible problems, which she explained to me. She and the rest of the staff did an excellent job making sure all appropriate diagnostic techniques were used (MRI/CT/function check every 2 hours.) She personally checked me several times, in addition to the nurses doing regular exams during my stay. Dr. Smith explained the final diagnosis, and provided detailed info on preventing future problems.

Dr. Smith has a hard time listening to her patients. She is unfortunately not very detailed oriented and misdiagnosed me more than once.
