My wait times where always over an hour to go back and never had an appointment take less then 3 hours. I could not describe the staff as professional especial her male nursing staff.

The office is in complete disarray. Tried for two weeks to get prescriptions refilled. Could not leave a message, nurse's mailbox full for two weeks. Other staff apparently busy, got answering machine. Finally connected on linked-in. Received terse reply form Dr. Stanek. I thought that I had found the perfect Doctor, but since there have been so many turn overs in her staff, not so good. I am looking for a new physician to help me manage my diabetes.

I do not recommend this Doctor. As the other reviews stated, I also had to wait over 2 hours at this doctor's office. The young man who asked me my initial medical history had no idea what he was doing. When he asked me if I had certain conditions, I replied Can you tell me what that is? and he said Hang on I will google it. This is ridiculous. If you are not educated enough to know what you are asking me, you should not be asking me. After these questions, I waited about 30 minutes to see t

Dr. Stanek is very knowledgeable and professional, and can build rapport with patients. However, the office seems poorly organized and poorly run. The office takes regular patients, and also a high volume of employment/drug screening clients. Everyone seems to be a little rushed. Also, for a routine physical I had to book two separate appointments - and get charged for both - which seems to be poor planning and organization on their part. Do not recommend. Also - both appts ran very long.
