Dr. Sheldon Genack, MD

He recommended an MRI that ended up saving my life. I owe all my upcoming years to Dr Genack.

Dr. Genack and his staff were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and inviting to me. Dr. Genack diagnosed the cause of my nasal issues that had been plaguing me until that point. He recommended a combination of medication as well as a simple procedure that he performed the same day. I have never felt better and more relieved. His office runs extremely efficiently and I was taken in to see him right away. He also has a wonderful and encouraging bedside manner. I was made to feel totally at ease. I can finally breathe normally again. Thank you Dr. Genack! You are a miracle worker!

Had appointment for eval of vertigo (unfortunately, symptoms were absent at time of visit). Dr. appeared very busy, and I felt like my concerns were of no interest. But, he did order an immediate hearing test that I did not ask for. This hearing test caused a bigger 'out of pocket' expense for me.

Dr Genack is fantastic I only use him and I travel a hour and half each time because he is worth it. My ears are very sensitive and staff is very professional and friendly

The doctor knows his stuff, but talks to you like your dumb and a worthless human. The only thing that makes you worthy is your insurance. He is smart and a good doctor just wish his tone and attitude was better. Write down your problems on a sheet then hand it him to read because he honestly doesn't want to hear you. Staff is friendly and great.

I thought Dr Genack was very knowledgeable and to the point at my office visit. Happy to have found him. Office was OK..but man, replace that old couch. But who cares when it comes to health, the Dr exam experience is most important.

Needed the same day appointment and i was not a patient of Dr. Genack. Chances are usually slim, especially with good specialists. But they made it happen. Since i was practically a "walk-in" patient, i expected long wait, but was invited very soon after filling out the forms. The doctor is great, friendly and highly professional. The procedure was done within minutes. Then an audio specialist thoroughly checked my hearing putting me in the sound-insulated room. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Dr Genack is extremely knowledgeable. His examination was thorough and complete. After a full exam he diagnosed the problem (BPV) and treated my condition. The treatment performed resolved my problem. He answered all my questions. However, he was a bit abrupt when I was telling him about past experiences with my condition - he only wanted answers to the questions he was asking and was not at all interested in my previous issues, but I can deal with a little attitude because he is that good !

I was visiting I now NY and developed blockages in both ears. I needed to fly home and came to Dr. Genack for advise. He advised treatment. He preformed the procedure and I flew home with no problems. I appreciate that Dr. Genack fit me into his busy schedule on very short notice. He treated me as if I was a long-time patient and not someone he would not like see again. He carefully explained the options and treatment.

Had a thyroidectomy by Dr. Genack and he did a wonderful job. Barely any scar very happy!

I couldn't be more happy with my results. I had a very complicated issue with my deviated septum which required extensive surgery that took around 5 hours. Dr. Genack explained the process step by step and took the time and care along the way. It's been 8 days since my surgery and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome! Very slight discomfort first couple days and minor bruising. My breathing is so much better now and I look great!! Thanks Dr. Genack for all your hard work and care.
