Dr. Gross is the best neurologist we've ever met. My daughter saw 4 other neurologist before him and he was very different from the rest. Not only because of his experience and knowledge but because he was the first one to truly show concern and that he cared for her. Also he's the only doctor that was always available through phone calls, always returning my calls with answers to my questions or asking how my daughter was doing. That is something we will always appreciate and be thankful for to him. As he promised, he didn't give up on her case and always tried to look for answers and ways to help her headaches and migraines. My daughter is sad that she is not going to be able to see him because she is turning 18 years old and has been referred to an adult neurologist. We will miss him immensely and we hope we can find another doctor as good as him. Gave generous attention and didn't rush me through my extensive questions. Didn't make me feel dumb for any of my questions. Assured us that we don't have to settle for how much pain my son is enduring. Gave us hope and confidence in his diagnosis and treatment plan.

We love Dr. Gross because he really listens to us and he takes the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly, and I really appreciate that he always takes the time to call me with any concerns of mine, and appreciate his availability and care for my daughter. He's really the best neurologist we've seen.

If I could give no stars I would. Very unfortunate that Dr. Gross is a fine Doctor but his front office staff is unprofessional, not empathetic and completely rude. The fact that he allows the front office staff to continue this behavior reflects poorly on him. The numerous bad reviews reflects this. I was accused by Pamela of not giving my son his medication properly as i have always given his medication properly and this is not ok. As much as I like Dr. Gross I have decided to change doctors today due to the front staff. I can not imagine how many people leave his office or go unseen without proper care due to their lack of customer service.

Dr. Gross ALWAYS takes his time with my daughter. Always so professional. He’s a great Doctor. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. The staff he has are very attentive to his patients.
