Dr. Sheldon Simon, DPM

I cannot stress enough to stay away from this office. The whole experience from beginning to end was horrible and completely unprofessional. After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, a lady comes out to look at my feet in the waiting room at 5:15. Keep in mind they close at 5:30. She sees I have gel polish on and proceeds to say I will need to take it off and reschedule. I was never informed when making the appointment or I would have had it removed. I could have easily been told as well when I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment at 4:10. She proceeds to say it’s not something they tell patients. They end up taking me back and telling me all the exam rooms are full and they place me in a shoe closet with two wicker chairs! Dr. Sheldon comes in and proceeds to be extremely rude, condescending, and 100% unprofessional. His bedside manner needs to improve greatly. He did not listen to my concerns nor address the problem I made the appointment for in the first place. I told him his front office staff should have informed me of the rules prior to the appointment and he says that isn’t his problem. He proceeded to call me irreprehensible when told him I wasn’t interested in returning to his practice for treatment. I ended up returning to the front desk in literal tears due to the horrible way I was spoken to and treated in his office. I should have walked out when I was placed in a closet. Think twice before making an appointment with this office.

Husband had gout, he did awesome job with him. Very caring!.

I had surgery yesterday at Dr. Simon's. I'm doing great, no pain!!! Dr Simon is the best for podiatry care. He calls himself and checks on his patient. He's experienced, very caring, office staff is kind and caring! I'll tell anyone to see Dr. Sheldon Simon first and you won't be looking anywhere else.

Dr. Simon did such a great job on my son’s ingrown toenails. He was in a lot of pain and is now pain free. I am so glad that we chose Dr. Simon’s office. He is an excellent doctor and his staff are wonderful. Such a breath of fresh air from feeling like just another patient. Their office is homey and they really care about both patient and mom. It is hard to find that personal kindness in our fast paced society.

I came to Dr. Simon with two terrible and ingrown toenails on my big toes. I needed to get to work and I had time off and he did both at the same time. Dr. Simon was very professional kind and very caring. I sent him pictures every day and he made sure I was being taken care of. If you want a Doctor who will actually spend time with you and really cares about a person he is the doctor for you. He cares nothing more than making people better and building relationships. I would recommend him to anybody.

Today I went to Dr. Simon just to have my toenails cut, but I received so much more. He and Mr. Pogue treated me with great respect and kindness, conducted a thorough foot examination, and even pampered me with an invigorating foot soak that no podiatrist had ever done before. From the courteous and helpful staff to the selection of great music in the reception area, my whole experience was so incredible that when I left, I went to a nearby park and walked almost two miles on my new happy feet.

Complete confidence with Dr Simon. A total professional with the experience and the genuine care one would hope for.

Dr Simon makes my feet smile. I have never had my feet receive such care. He is dedicated and thorough. I highly recommend him.

I couldn’t find anyone to get me in for a couple months but he got me right in the same day as an emergency due to my pain! He was amazing and I highly recommend going to him!

I took my son to Dr. Simon, he was so kind and informative. I actually ended up getting sick from watching the procedure and the whole staff took care of both of us. I would highly recommend going here. We were able to call him night or day with any questions!!

Dr. Simon was very patient and kind with my anxious 8 yr old daughter who needed her ingrown toenail removed. We were seen and treated quickly. Dr. Simon made sure my daughter was comfortable and calm (he even encouraged her to sing along to Taylor Swift during the procedure). The staff was very kind and helpful. Dr. Simon showed genuine care and concern for her and made the whole experience as positive, pain-free, and stress-free as possible.

Knowledgeable and compassionate physician. Dr. Simon takes the time during an appointment to make sure the patient fully understands the treatment plan. Wonderful staff members greet and take very good care of you.

I have been a patient of Dr Simon's for many many years. He is sensitive caring and very attentive to my needs.

There is no way I would recommend him. I had an appointment at 3:00 and he saw all his others appointments before me. He kept popping in saying I will be back in a moment, and his staff rudely walks in and out of the room without knocking. At 5:30 I got up and left and stopped at the front desk to let them know-how mad I was and all the staff had gone but one. This man should not be allowed to practice.

Phony and handsy quack. Staff little to be desired. Bad odor in office. Retire already!
