Dr Lo is a gem!!!
Dr Lo is very smart, well trained, very experienced and scholarly. I was recommended to him by a family friend and am so grateful. He is conservative when considering surgery, making sure all other options are explored first. I find that very atypical of surgeons in general and this was very reassuring to me if I am to have surgery. Dr Lo is also a very humble and patient physician. He spoke to me in layman terms answering my questions as I requested. I found his support staff, including Andrea, his medical assistant and also Kimberly very helpful…. I come from a family of doctors, am a granddaughter of a physician and have high expectations. Dr Lo is a special man and it is obvious that he really cares about the well being of his patients. He is to be applauded!! Thank you Dr Lo !!!

Dr. Lo and staff are wonderful!
I am so happy that I was referred to Dr. Lo for spinal revision surgery. Dr. Lo, NP Andrea, Donna, and Valerie (Forgive me if I left out names, the whole office staff are wonderful) went over and beyond. Everything was explained to me in detail and I knew what to expect each step of my treatment. 1 month post my complicated surgery and I’m very very pleased with my progress.

Removed benign spinal tumor at JHUH
Dr. Lo performed an extremely delicate surgery in November 2019, without which, I would have suffered a painful and debilitating death. I had seen other doctors, and they refused the surgery due to its complications, and the high risk of leaving me dead or paralyzed. The surgery was a complete success, and 2 years later, I don't have any symptoms left. I'm really glad God placed Dr. Lo I'm my path, he not only faced my life, he gave me my quality of life back. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Dr. Lo.

Impossible to schedule with Dr. Lo. His scheduling staff are awful and revengeful. When I asked for an earlier date than the appointment 8 weeks out, I got a new date 9 weeks out. 7 calls to the scheduler with no call back. Frustrating. This review does not reflect on Dr. Lo.
